Graphic Designer

Looking to hire a Graphic Designer with 2-3 yrs of experience.

The position calls for a creative thinker who has understanding of online designing. The ideal candidate requires strong conceptual talent, as well as a creative and innovative mind and a great sense of design, form and aesthetics.

Job responsibilities:

• -Providing creative input and support throughout the various stages of the design process as a key player in design/marketing team.
• -Working with strict deadlines and delivering the projects to the respective team.
• -Keep an eye on the competition market and benchmark accordingly.
• -The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and effectively manage many complex projects.
• -The individual must also be able to interface well within the organization.

Candidate Profile

• - Ability to visualise, generate concepts and new ideas and convert into inspiring designs.
• - Design and deliver a variety of collateral like creatives for social media platforms (facebook / twitter etc), brochures, HTML based e-mailer designs etc.

Digital Media Planner/Buyer

Looking to hire a Digital Media Planner/buyer with 2-3 yrs of experience (Should have an agency background/experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• - Day to day management of campaigns across digital platforms.
• - At least 2 to 3 years of the media buying experience.
• - Regular and ad-hoc reporting from Ad Platforms to provide insights and recommendations for various active campaigns.
• - Campaign rollout and optimization, including research/spy, ad-tracking, and trafficking.
• - Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets.
• - Work closely with Account Managers and other team members.
• - Proficient use of all native/ FB/Google ad platforms.
• - Provide market and keywords research with a proposed strategy for various native/FB/Google ad platforms.
• - Sharp eye on understanding the overall system and recommending new offers.

Desired Skills Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience in Ad words Management/PPC & digital media planning.

Purpose:

The person will directly report to the Creative Director and Servicing Head and ideally should have working knowledge of new and existing digital marketing basics and trends. The person must be able to create content strategies and concepts that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers and additionally, identify and qualify trends. The ideal candidate will be required to work as part of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Work with agency principal and clients on strategic positioning and planning
• - Guide clients in branding, positioning and marketing implementation
• - Write marketing plans including strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics and budget
• - Research industries and markets to identify growth opportunities for clients
• - Recommend and lead approach for primary and secondary research to support client branding projects
• - Write brand stories, positioning statements and brand messaging statements
• - Assist principal on responding to new business opportunities including researching companies and industries, writing proposals, preparing presentations and other new business efforts
• - Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate
• - Actively presents ideas to expand service offering and enhance positioning of the firm
• - Mentor, coach, and develop team to their fullest potential, and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth

Qualification

• - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
• - 3 to 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency

• - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing
• - Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget
